About the role
- Work with a multidisciplinary team;
- Conduct discovery to understand business rules and design scalable solutions;
- Develop solutions and address root causes of the squad's needs;
- Monitor alert channels, identify blockers, mitigate them and propose solutions;
- Define and develop architecture for new features, maintaining traceability and observability throughout development.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of Java and Python programming languages;
- Previous experience in software development, preferably with microservices architecture;
- Knowledge of software architecture and development best practices;
- Attention to code quality and standardization, ensuring readability, scalability and performance;
- Experience with production systems and cloud platforms;
- Ability to write unit and integration tests;
- Knowledge of agile practices with Scrum, including roles, ceremonies and artifacts;
- Strong knowledge of AWS.
