About the role

  • Monitor and track OKRs, supporting teams in updating indicators and ensuring consistency of results data;
  • Maintain the portfolio of initiatives and epics, ensuring the inventory reflects the teams' current state;
  • Support the generation of reports and dashboards by extracting data from tools and consolidating information for leadership to track deliveries;
  • Support governance routines, assisting with the organization of checkpoints and forums, and preparing materials for prioritization discussions;
  • Act as an operational support contact for teams, clarifying questions about governance processes and the use of management tools.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in areas such as Governance, PMO, Business Agility, IT Operations, or Process Management;
  • Knowledge of the OKR framework;
  • Experience with work management tools such as Jira and Confluence;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and/or BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) for data consolidation and analysis;
  • Organized, analytical profile with strong communication skills, able to interact with diverse stakeholders;
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
