About the role
- Evolve the delivery system and perform end-to-end value stream mapping (Value Streams);
- Define and disseminate playbooks, methods, and standards that drive technical excellence;
- Support technology and product teams in tactical planning and work organization;
- Provide mentoring and enablement to teams to ensure autonomous, high-quality delivery;
- Monitor productivity and efficiency metrics, identifying bottlenecks in flow dashboards (Lead Time, Throughput, WIP, Aging);
- Drive data-driven continuous improvement initiatives;
- Establish and support the use of AI in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Requirements
- Strong experience in IT governance or technology process management;
- Deep knowledge of agile methodologies and scaled agile frameworks;
- Mastery of flow metrics (Lean/Agile) and a systemic view of Value Stream Mapping;
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC);
- Analytical ability to translate metrics into efficiency action plans that deliver measurable results;
- Strong communication and influencing skills to act as a mentor and partner across teams;
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
