About the role
- Make the first contact with leads and qualify opportunities.
- Organize and monitor the sales funnel, ensuring effective opportunity management.
- Support updating clients on case progress and procedural developments.
- Proactively communicate case status and next steps.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to structure pre-sales strategies.
- Support client relationship efforts to improve the post-sales experience.
- Contribute to the organization and internal documentation of the commercial department.
- Interact with legal teams to ensure the compliance of services provided.
Requirements
- Previous experience in client service at law firms.
- Familiarity with lead management tools.
- Ability to make phone calls and communicate fluently via WhatsApp, conducting conversations in a consultative manner.
- Clear, concise, and persuasive written and verbal communication.
- Ability and experience working with commission-based systems and targets.
- Sales certifications or specialized pre-sales courses (a plus).
- Law degree in progress or completed (a plus).
- Basic knowledge of using AI for commercial routines (a plus).
