About the role

  • Create visual assets (static images, carousels, and reels) for Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Develop artwork for clients' social media channels and institutional/corporate materials
  • Adapt graphics for different formats and platforms
  • Collaborate with the traffic and social media teams to align assets with the client's strategy
  • Propose new creative approaches to improve campaign performance
  • Manage deadlines and deliverables with organization and autonomy
  • Assist in the development of clients' visual identities
  • Ensure consistency of clients' visual identity across all produced assets

Requirements

  • Supplementary courses in Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), CapCut, Figma, or Canva Pro
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Canva, etc.)
  • Knowledge of ad formats for paid traffic (Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
  • Ability to adapt visual styles for different client niches
  • Submission of a portfolio (examples of previous work)
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communication, or related fields (completed or in progress)
  • Technical/professional training in Graphic Design or Motion Design
  • Basic knowledge of motion design and tools such as After Effects is a plus
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, sales funnels, and branding
  • Experience with project and team management tools (monday.com, ClickUp, Trello)
  • Experience handling and editing images and videos
