About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop schedules, line-of-balance charts and S-curves for new projects, evaluating the best execution strategies;
Monitor the physical progress of ongoing construction projects. Identify critical activities, replan and develop action plans with the site team to prevent delays and ensure project quality;
Prepare and present comparative reports;
Track project costs for ongoing works (expense analysis, contract values, cash-flow curves, potential overruns or savings, budget appropriations, deviations from initial cost, month-to-month variations);
Monitor, approve and support the construction team with requests, contractor measurements and contract terminations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;
Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD;
Familiarity with the Mega system or other cost management platforms;
