About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform reconciliations and controls related to financial transactions, ensuring the accuracy of records;
  • Reconcile bank accounts and deposits, verifying cash entries;
  • Post installment payments in the system promptly and accurately;
  • Manage receivables and cash closing processes, producing detailed reports;
  • Issue goods return notes in the system;
  • Review and close store cash registers for Group stores, reconciling payments and deposits;
  • Reconcile card transactions and sales;
  • Assist with purchasing and management of office supplies;
  • Review and validate issued invoices;
  • Enter and review bank statements in the system;
  • Provide support to store staff by assisting with operational requests.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
  • Intermediate Excel skills;
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Proactive, dynamic, and committed;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
