About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform reconciliations and controls related to financial transactions, ensuring the accuracy of records;
Reconcile bank accounts and deposits, verifying cash entries;
Post installment payments in the system promptly and accurately;
Manage receivables and cash closing processes, producing detailed reports;
Issue goods return notes in the system;
Review and close store cash registers for Group stores, reconciling payments and deposits;
Reconcile card transactions and sales;
Assist with purchasing and management of office supplies;
Review and validate issued invoices;
Enter and review bank statements in the system;
Provide support to store staff by assisting with operational requests.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
Intermediate Excel skills;
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
Proactive, dynamic, and committed;
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
