About the role

  • The HUBINOVA Intern will support the implementation of agile routines focused on operational, commercial, and digital transformation.
  • The intern in training will assist in diagnostics and strategy design, as well as contribute to the implementation and operationalization of solutions that drive efficiency and innovation across company processes.
  • Learn and apply Business Process Engineering concepts, exploring methods to identify improvements and promote efficiency in organizational processes.
  • Develop knowledge of quality management techniques, assisting in process analysis and contributing to the enhancement and standardization of routines.
  • Participate in learning and applying Project Management techniques, supporting the monitoring of schedules and activities to gain hands-on experience in project management and delivery.
  • Perform basic statistical analyses, under supervision, to interpret data and assist in building simulation and optimization tools.
  • Contribute to the development of business decision-support tools, exploring methodologies and tools to help managers make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Education level: Enrolled in an undergraduate program from the 4th semester onward in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
  • Interest in process analysis, statistics, and simulation tools.
  • Willingness to learn quality management and project management methods.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Organized and attentive to detail.
  • Proactive, curious, and committed to continuous learning.
