About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform employee onboarding and personnel registration processes;
- Handle terminations and calculate severance payments;
- Calculate and process vacations, payroll, and 13th salary (Christmas bonus);
- Register and verify RPA receipts (Recibo de Pagamento Autônomo);
- Reconcile and close labor-related charges, including INSS, IRRF, PIS, and FGTS;
- Issue and monitor PER/DCOMP filings related to INSS and IRRF;
- Review collective bargaining agreements and liaise with unions;
- Report and monitor CAT (work accident reports), leaves of absence, and other labor-related events;
- Submit and monitor information in eSocial;
- Support the delivery of statutory/ancillary HR filings;
- Process salary changes, job movements, and CBO analyses with the Ministry of Labor and Employment;
- Create and configure payroll items (rubrics) in the system;
- Provide support and guidance to clients on personnel and people management routines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in an accounting firm;
- Knowledge of the Domínio system (Sistema Domínio);
- Familiarity with labor and social security legislation;
- Good communication and client service skills;
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
