About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform employee onboarding and personnel registration processes;
  • Handle terminations and calculate severance payments;
  • Calculate and process vacations, payroll, and 13th salary (Christmas bonus);
  • Register and verify RPA receipts (Recibo de Pagamento Autônomo);
  • Reconcile and close labor-related charges, including INSS, IRRF, PIS, and FGTS;
  • Issue and monitor PER/DCOMP filings related to INSS and IRRF;
  • Review collective bargaining agreements and liaise with unions;
  • Report and monitor CAT (work accident reports), leaves of absence, and other labor-related events;
  • Submit and monitor information in eSocial;
  • Support the delivery of statutory/ancillary HR filings;
  • Process salary changes, job movements, and CBO analyses with the Ministry of Labor and Employment;
  • Create and configure payroll items (rubrics) in the system;
  • Provide support and guidance to clients on personnel and people management routines.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in an accounting firm;
  • Knowledge of the Domínio system (Sistema Domínio);
  • Familiarity with labor and social security legislation;
  • Good communication and client service skills;
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
