About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Recording and verification of invoices (notas fiscais);
Calculation/settlement of municipal, state and federal taxes;
Filing/submission of direct and indirect ancillary tax obligations;
Monitoring and analysis of tax filing submissions;
Updating/configuring tax master data;
Submission of tax-related ancillary obligations such as EFD Contribuições, DAPI, SPED Fiscal, DCTFWEB, DES, MIT;
Updating and control of CND (federal, state and municipal tax clearance certificates);
Support for the issuance of tax documents and monitoring of tax legislation;
Support to the tax team, regular client meetings and other departmental routines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Accounting (in progress or completed);
Previous experience in tax routines;
Up-to-date on the tax reform;
Experience with Simples Nacional, Lucro Real and Lucro Presumido taxation regimes;
Knowledge of the Domínio system;
Experience in an accounting firm.
