About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Register new employees in internal systems and in e‑Social.
  • Process terminations, calculating termination payments, issuing termination agreements and related documents.
  • Calculate and process the monthly payroll, including salaries, overtime, allowances, commissions, vacation pay and severance.
  • Ensure correct calculation of social contributions (INSS, FGTS) and taxes (IRRF).
  • Complete payroll close and issue pay statements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related fields
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Personnel/Payroll Analyst
  • Knowledge of personnel/payroll routines (hiring, termination, payroll, vacation and contributions)
  • Basic knowledge of labor and social security legislation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Organized, detail-oriented and good communication skills
  • Experience with payroll processes for hires and terminations
