HR Assistant
Grupo LaçosAssistente de Recursos Humanos supporting people management and corporate education at Laços Saúde. Ensuring document organization and assisting in HR processes and training activities.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with controlling and organizing documentation for employees and service providers;
- Support employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes;
- Review service contracts, agreements, and other required documents;
- Monitor contract expirations, certificates, and legal documentation;
- Assist with the monthly closing of payments for service providers;
- Update records in Human Resources systems;
- Assist in organizing and maintaining physical and digital files;
- Provide administrative support and maintain relationships with service professionals;
- Monitor the validity and compliance of mandatory documentation for professionals;
- Ensure professionals' records are kept up to date;
- Support the logistical organization of in-person and online trainings;
- Schedule trainings and monitor timelines;
- Assist in preparing training support materials;
- Support use of training platforms and internal communication tools;
- Track attendance and completion of conducted trainings;
- Support continuing education initiatives and professional development;
- Participate in work meetings organized by the Employer, following the guidelines and decisions agreed between the parties.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields.
- Previous experience in administrative routines, Human Resources, Personnel Department, Training and Development, or related areas;
- Experience in controlling and organizing documents, contracts, and records;
- Experience providing support to employees, suppliers, or service providers will be considered a plus.
