About the role
- Support the planning and execution of IT projects;
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies;
- Control scope, timelines, costs, and performance indicators;
- Facilitate communication between business areas, technical teams, and vendors;
- Assist in preparing project documents (status reports, plans, minutes, and schedules);
- Track requests, scope changes, and prioritizations;
- Support vendor and project contract management;
- Ensure adherence to the adopted project methodologies and governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;
- Previous experience with IT projects;
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid);
- Proficiency with project tracking tools;
- Good communication, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple demands.

- Project management certification or knowledge;
- Experience with enterprise systems projects (ERP, CRM, digital platforms);
- Experience in medium or large corporate environments;
- Knowledge of IT governance.
