About the role

  • Execute SQL queries to extract, process, and validate data from multiple sources
  • Support the building and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) routines
  • Contribute to the maintenance of databases and Data Warehouse/Data Lake structures
  • Support data quality activities, ensuring data integrity and reliability
  • Develop and maintain management and operational dashboards and reports
  • Assist in defining, updating, and validating key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Perform descriptive analyses and data verification, identifying patterns, trends, and anomalies
  • Use visualization, ETL, and analysis tools following best practices
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, translating business needs into data solutions
  • Support documentation of business rules, data dictionaries, and technical specifications
  • Support data projects, BI, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence initiatives
  • Comply with information security policies and LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Experience in data analysis or Business Intelligence (BI)
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  • Strong SQL knowledge, including development of complex queries and basic query optimization
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and/or building and maintaining data pipelines
  • Experience with Python for data analysis, manipulation, and automation (preferred)
  • Knowledge of data architecture (Data Warehouse and/or Data Lake) (preferred)
  • Experience with code versioning tools such as Git (preferred)
  • Experience with tools such as Apache NiFi, Apache Airflow, and Apache Spark (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts (preferred)
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases (preferred)
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS (preferred)
  • Certifications in BI, data analysis, or relevant tools (preferred)
  • Experience with agile methodologies such as Agile or Scrum (preferred)
