About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Establish and monitor operational governance for the company’s deliverables;
Support the strategic definition of schedules, priorities, responsibilities and KPIs;
Lead and guide operational teams in executing work plans;
Implement and monitor management routines, governance rituals and action plans;
Apply agile methodologies and project management best practices to the company’s operational context;
Track deadlines, risks, bottlenecks, outstanding issues and critical deliverables;
Support continuous improvement of internal processes;
Provide management visibility into delivery status, metrics and operational performance;
Work alongside leadership to organize requests, prioritize initiatives and support decision-making;
Support implementation projects for HR systems, technology, automation and process improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in project management, operational governance or operations management;
Experience leading teams and monitoring deliveries;
Ability to structure processes, routines, metrics and action plans;
Knowledge of agile methodologies and management tools;
Analytical, organized and results-oriented profile;
Strong communication skills, ability to influence and a collaborative attitude;
Ability to bridge strategic vision and practical execution;
Comfortable managing multiple demands, deadlines and priorities;
Maturity to operate in dynamic, evolving environments.
