  • Elicit and analyze stakeholder needs
  • Document requirements clearly and in a structured manner (functional specifications, diagrams, use cases, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the development team throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide functional clarifications and validate implemented features
  • Work with SQL (queries, procedures, triggers)
  • Develop data models

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Functional Analysis on custom web projects
  • Experience with Oracle/SQL (queries, procedures, triggers)
  • Knowledge of technical and functional analysis
  • Experience with Feature Files and the RUP methodology
  • Skills in data modeling
  • Experience with use cases, diagrams, flowcharts, prototyping, and SVN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
