About the role
- Analysis of business requirements, working with the business and end-users to understand their needs and processes
- Work with the Project Manager to challenge and define project scope using elicitation and documentation techniques
- Write user stories in Jira and verify understanding of requirements with users
- Define, execute and document the functional test plan, including regression tests in coordination with the regression tester
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design IT solutions and ensure business and technical understanding
Requirements
- Proven experience in Telcos industry would be ideal
- Desirable 5 years of experience as a product owner or BA
- Demonstrated experience in produce technical design specifications
- Experience with user stories and project management support
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence
- Knowledge of database management systems and application integration
- Experience in agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN)
- Ability to work within an environment with high pressure on timeliness and quality of deliveries
