About the role

  • Perform administrative tasks within the Group's companies, managing documents in both physical and digital formats;
  • Provide administrative support to the Management Office's business areas for their administrative needs;
  • Prepare management reports, control spreadsheets, and results presentations including performance indicators;
  • Actively collaborate on process control and continuous improvement initiatives within the company;
  • Provide direct support to the Operations Management team of the Management Office.

Requirements
