About the role
- Map, analyze and document processes for the Product Department
- Identify bottlenecks, risks and improvement opportunities in workflows
- Propose and oversee the implementation of more efficient and standardized processes
- Serve as a link between Product, Development and other involved areas
- Support the definition and monitoring of process performance indicators
- Ensure processes adhere to the company’s strategic and methodological guidelines
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Product governance and operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or related fields
- Postgraduate degree in Process Management, Product Management or Quality is a plus
- Knowledge of process mapping and modeling (AS IS / TO BE)
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (BPM, Lean, Six Sigma or similar)
- Ability to analyze and document business and product flows
- Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering and business teams
- Familiarity with process documentation and flowcharting tools
- Strong skills in analyzing indicators, metrics and operational efficiency
- Ability to work in dynamic, multidisciplinary environments
