About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assess user needs to resolve questions and issues in collaboration with the technology team;
- Direct communication with candidates to provide a more human-centered service;
- Create, consolidate, and manage KPIs for service efficiency and quality;
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ownership mindset: people who can fully take responsibility for a key pillar of Gupy;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong critical analysis, and a customer-focused mindset;
- Advanced Excel;
- Availability for 6 hours per day, with flexible scheduling;
- Some experience with programming and/or website development is a plus.
