About the role
- Provide client service via phone, WhatsApp, in-person and online meetings to answer questions and align processes.
- Support the posting/recording of financial transactions.
- Prepare and submit federal ancillary tax filings of varying complexity.
- Perform accounting closings for highly complex companies.
- On-site work at client companies.
- Provide support to new team members.
- Conduct internal and external training sessions.
- Assist the team leader and coordinator in managing departmental tasks and workloads.
- Assist with and review all ancillary obligations pertinent to the department.
Requirements
- Active CRC (Regional Accounting Council) registration.
- Experience in accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Experience with the Domínio system.
