About the role
- Provide client support via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person and online meetings to resolve questions and align processes. Troubleshoot issues, research tax information, and monitor tax legislation.
- Prepare and submit accessory tax filings for all regimes (low, medium, and high complexity) at federal, state, and municipal levels using government-provided programs to ensure compliance with current legislation.
- Perform fiscal closing and submit tax payment forms/guides for companies under Simples Nacional (low, medium, and high complexity, including cases with particularities or specific strategies) using the Domínio system and the Federal Revenue (RFB) website, ensuring compliance with municipal, state, and federal legislation.
- Perform fiscal closing and submit tax payment forms/guides for companies under Lucro Presumido (Presumed Profit) (low, medium, and high complexity or with particularities and specific strategies) using the Domínio system and the Federal Revenue (RFB) website, ensuring compliance with municipal and federal legislation.
- Perform fiscal closing and submit tax payment forms/guides for companies under Lucro Real (Actual Profit) (low, medium, and high complexity or with particularities and specific strategies) using the Domínio system and the Federal Revenue (RFB) website, ensuring compliance with municipal and federal legislation.
- Provide complex tax advisory and consultancy using tools provided by Econet and public agency websites to meet clients' needs and support tax inspections.
- Support new team members by providing guidance on the system, network, and execution of fiscal department processes. Assist the team with routine fiscal demands.
Requirements
- Experience in the tax/fiscal area
- Experience working in an accounting firm
- Currently pursuing a university degree in a related field
- Experience with the Domínio system
