About the role
- Register companies and prepare incorporation documents at the Commercial Registry (Junta Comercial) or Notary Office.
- Draft incorporation and amendment documents (QSA — shareholders and officers, business activities, address, trade name, capital, DBE).
- Prepare documents for company transformations and dissolution/closure with the competent authorities.
- Obtain Fire Department certificates, health (sanitary) registrations, and operating permits.
- Negotiate and file installment agreements for federal, state and municipal tax debts.
- Open, cancel and update state and municipal registrations.
- Open and amend administrative filings and processes at the federal, state and municipal levels.
- Issue negative certificates, simplified certificates, specific certificates, and certificates related to bankruptcy/insolvency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Law;
- Previous experience in the activities required for this position.
