About the role

  • Register companies and prepare incorporation documents at the Commercial Registry (Junta Comercial) or Notary Office.
  • Draft incorporation and amendment documents (QSA — shareholders and officers, business activities, address, trade name, capital, DBE).
  • Prepare documents for company transformations and dissolution/closure with the competent authorities.
  • Obtain Fire Department certificates, health (sanitary) registrations, and operating permits.
  • Negotiate and file installment agreements for federal, state and municipal tax debts.
  • Open, cancel and update state and municipal registrations.
  • Open and amend administrative filings and processes at the federal, state and municipal levels.
  • Issue negative certificates, simplified certificates, specific certificates, and certificates related to bankruptcy/insolvency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Law;
  • Previous experience in the activities required for this position.
