Senior Care Partner
Grupa ATERIMAFranchise-Partner managing regional healthcare services with ATERIMA CARE. Building local network and providing home care solutions with premium support.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish and independently manage your regional ATERIMA CARE location.
- Structured network development as the foundation for ATERIMA CARE Regional.
- Personal consultation with clients and their relatives — preferably on-site.
- Develop individual care solutions, including activating suitable network partners.
- Organize everyday assistance in the home environment and coordinate complementary services.
- Continuously monitor care situations, collect feedback and adjust solutions as needed.
- Implement proven online, offline and network measures to increase regional visibility and attract clients.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Entrepreneurial mindset and the desire to build your own location.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of consulting, relationship-building and networking.
- Genuine interest in caregiving, care planning and relieving family burden.
- Experience in sales, consulting or leadership is helpful but not a requirement.
- Willingness to invest approximately €10,000 of personal capital.
