About the role
- Act strategically and collaboratively in planning, executing and monitoring corporate Training and Development initiatives, with a focus on culture, values and organizational performance.
- Plan, develop and monitor corporate Training and Development projects.
- Partner with the Communications area to plan and publicize development project campaigns for leaders and employees.
- Prepare managerial and strategic reports.
- Monitor and control the area’s budget, metrics and targets.
- Support and coordinate the preparation and organization of tasks related to Human Development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
- Experience in Training and Development, including Performance and Competency Evaluation, structuring technical and behavioral development paths, and leadership development.
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate/advanced level).
- Experience in project management.
- Preferred experience with Employee Engagement/Climate Surveys (preferably Great Place to Work – GPTW methodology).
- Preferred experience implementing and managing learning platforms (LMS).
