About the role
- A VA is a remote employee and is deployed on one or more jobs post-training to our Indian/International Clients.
- You will be assigned a client once you are nearing the completion of your training.
- The jobs are of permanent nature and the retention rate solely depends on the VA.
- A VA will be trained in all the domains enlisted below, and depending on their performance in the training, they will be deployed to one or more domains.
- The VA’s skillset will be matched with the client’s scope of work.
- We hire two kinds of virtual assistants - Half Virtual Assistant (4 hours) - Full Virtual Assistant (8 hours).
- Tasks & Training Comprise of: Executive Assistance; Administrative Assistance; Online Research Assistance; Project Management Assistance; Social Media Assistance; Digital Marketing Assistance; Operations Assistance; Business Development Assistance; Content Writing Assistance; Web Development; HR Assistance; Hiring Process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s (preferred) degree
- Proficient in verbal and written communication (English proficiency)
- Relevant experience of 2+ years
- Open to 1-month unpaid training
- Preference - Non-Technical profiles
- Availability to work 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST, Monday to Saturday
- Ability to work from home full-time
