About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for asset creation for client projects within the Design team, both creatively and organizationally
Develop creative concepts in collaboration with the Performance Marketing team and, where applicable, with clients
Capacity planning and providing feedback on creatives
Design static ads yourself and bring your own creative signature
Openness to AI tools and active contribution to the team's development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in the creative field, ideally within a social media environment
Strong conceptual thinking
Organizational skills
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
Strong communication skills in German and English
Experience working in teams and interacting with clients
