About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leading or supporting complex business transformation projects from inception through execution
Managing cross-functional strategic initiatives and driving alignment across workstreams
Coordinating systems, process, and organizational changes following acquisitions or restructuring
Building or standing up PMO functions and project governance frameworks
Facilitating executive-level steering committees, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
Developing practical project roadmaps aligned to business priorities
Bridging gaps between business stakeholders and execution teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of relevant professional experience, including project or program management
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field
Experience managing complex business projects, transformation initiatives, or strategic programs
Strong business acumen with ability to quickly understand client operations and communicate business impact
Strong analytical thinker with the ability to see the big picture while staying on top of the details
Strong communication skills; comfortable engaging with and presenting to C-suite and senior leaders
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management across all levels of an organization
Ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans and keep projects on track
Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams at once
Strong decision-making skills with ability to exercise good judgment
Ability to build rapport and gain trust with stakeholders in a short timeframe
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in ambiguous environments
Enjoys working with multiple clients in a variety of industries, often simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment with clients and internal teams
