Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience for Associates
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Accounting or Finance for Managers
  • 10+ years of relevant expertise for Directors
  • 15+ years of finance and accounting leadership for Senior Directors
  • Experience with full-cycle accounting
  • Some accounting/finance leadership/management experience
  • Ability to identify issues and find solutions through research and utilizing available resources
  • High level proficiency in MS Excel and various ERP systems
  • Strong analytical thinker
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • Ability to build rapport and gain trust with stakeholders rapidly
  • Self-directed in their work
  • Strong project management skills
