About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support with accounting tasks and preparation for the tax advisor
  • Creating and managing invoices
  • Processing and verifying bank transfers/payments
  • Support with organizational matters in day-to-day operations
  • Planning and organizing team activities, offsites, and workations
  • Assisting with internal processes and administrative tasks
  • Communicating with service providers, partners, and occasionally clients
  • Supporting general back-office and operations matters
  • Occasional support with research and planning tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You are highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently
  • You have prior administrative or commercial (business) experience
  • You anticipate needs and identify issues before they become problems
  • You are meticulous and structured in your work
  • You are communicative and friendly
  • You adapt quickly to new topics and tools
  • You are comfortable juggling multiple small tasks at once
  • You are fluent in German
  • You can communicate in English without issues, as our team is international
  • Bonus: Experience with accounting, communicating with tax advisors, or working in an agency/startup environment
