About the role
- Lead requirements elicitation with business stakeholders through structured workshops
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications
- Model and optimise processes using BPMN, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
- Partner with solution designers and build teams to ensure feasibility and coverage of requirements
- Manage requirements in Azure DevOps across the delivery lifecycle
- Support sprint ceremonies, testing, and deployment, acting as the translator between business and technical teams
Requirements
- Salesforce knowledge with preference for Experience Cloud exposure
- Strong business process modelling with BPMN
- Proven delivery of user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability
- Hands on with requirements management tools, ideally Azure DevOps
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder communication across business and IT
- Exposure to agile environments and multi vendor programs
