About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Sourcing the devices that power Grover's subscription catalogue across Europe
Work with our Head of Procurement and closely with Category Management
Find available inventory while hitting a 15–20% discount vs RRP
The procurement strategy behind your categories, plus access to trade fairs and industry events as we bring new products on board

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-4 years' experience in direct buying/purchasing (within e-commerce or tech companies is preferred)
Knowledge of the consumer electronics B-stock supplier industry in Poland/Eastern Europe is a significant advantage
Strong negotiation and communication skills: you're comfortable talking directly with suppliers
An analytical mindset, confident working with data and spreadsheets
Knowledge of consumer electronics categories (mobile, audio, smart home, TV) is a plus
Organised and detail-oriented: you can manage multiple workstreams at once
A registered freelance setup that allows you to work with clients in Germany
Fluent English (C1+) and Native Polish language skills
