About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement HR policies at the operational level
Support managers and employees
Manage day-to-day HR operations
Prepare and facilitate CSE (Works Council) meetings
Develop the HR calendar throughout the year
Monitor headcount and payroll costs
Track the recruitment plan in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 to 10 years' experience in generalist HR / HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Strong knowledge of HR operational management and employment law
Strong customer-service orientation
Ability to work with all hierarchical levels
Experience in the audiovisual/media sector is a plus
Motivated and able to take initiative
