About the role
- Support the project team in managing and structuring its project portfolio
- Monitor the project portfolio: schedules, workloads, prioritization
- Facilitate project and steering committee meetings
- Consolidate KPIs, risks and alerts
- Contribute to structuring the project team and its tools
- Capture and share best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in PMO or project coordination
- Proficiency with project tracking tools, reporting and metrics
- Rigour, clarity and strong organizational skills
- Good understanding of transformation challenges
- Aptitude for structuring work and improving collective effectiveness
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Detail-oriented, autonomous and reliable
- Enthusiastic with the ability to drive initiatives forward
- Hands-on approach, proactive problem-solving and pragmatism
