About the role
- Coach, unite and train your team
- Lead the overall operation of your department under the authority of the Department Manager
- Responsible for replenishment, presentation and commercial activation
- Ensure implementation of Provencia Group's commercial policy
- Ensure your department is well maintained and compliant with procedures
- Foster team cohesion and ensure application of the management charter
- Identify and develop the skills of your team members
- Contribute to the overall operation of the store
Requirements
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills
- Attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Punctual, organized and able to anticipate needs
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good listening skills and curiosity
