About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the internal and external recruitment process for both managerial and non-managerial positions
- Support employees in managing their careers
- Contribute to HR projects such as: school/university relations, disability inclusion policy, internal career development, and implementation of KPIs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- At least 5 years of significant experience in recruitment
- Knowledge of the food industry and/or retail distribution is a plus
- Responsive and dynamic with excellent interpersonal skills
