About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operating in the field of senior residences, Pavillon des Milles Fleurs’ mission is to provide a superior quality of life in a warm, respectful and stimulating environment while maintaining autonomy;
- Implement and ensure follow-up of a work plan to provide care and services to residents;
- Provide a human presence for residents who need it to help, encourage and give the moral support they require;
- Attend to residents’ health and perform necessary technical procedures, ensuring the resident’s physical and emotional well‑being;
- Manage emergencies that may occur;
- Assist with medication administration;
- Help and assist independent residents and those with reduced autonomy to carry out various activities of daily living;
- Perform any other related tasks;
Requirements
What you’ll need- DEP in Personal Support in Institutions and Home Care or equivalent (DEP: Diploma of Vocational Studies);
- AP‑RPA or RAC;
- PDSP;
- Current CPR;
- Law 90 (asset);
- Ongoing training in progress will also be considered.
