About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Team support: provide practical legal advice across all activities (daily operations, cross-functional issues, internal projects).
  • Contracts: lead the drafting, negotiation and management of all types of contracts excluding employment law.
  • Corporate: support corporate governance matters (mandatory documents, articles of association, shareholder meetings, delegations, intra-group agreements).
  • Litigation: monitor disputes and pre-litigation matters.
  • Compliance: implement the Group’s personal data protection program.
  • Development & Operations: work on external growth transactions and strategic projects in coordination with the Group’s Executive Management.
  • You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes (training activities, drafting standard contracts, etc.).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (Master II) in Business/Corporate Law or DJCE (Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d'Entreprise).
  • Minimum of three years' proven professional experience in similar in-house activities.
  • Knowledge of intellectual property law is highly appreciated.
  • Professional working proficiency in English is required.
  • You are rigorous, agile and possess strong analytical and summarization skills, and wish to take on a demanding role with significant strategic responsibilities.
