About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare and analyze weekly performance reviews and end-of-season reports jointly with the Product Manager
  • Propose corrective actions to optimize performance and secure category sell-through
  • Monitor sales and inventory to update forecasts and define replenishment needs
  • Collaborate with Commercial Management on corrective actions and key commercial periods
  • Collaborate with Purchasing/Management Control on budget monitoring
  • Monitor budget balances and manage open-to-buy for the season
  • Break down revenue by week for each sales season
  • Determine SKUs to carry over into the next season
  • Work with Product Managers to ensure data reliability and the relevance of analyses
  • Alert and advise the Product/Purchasing team
  • Collaborate with the Product team to develop the category strategy
  • Propose a category strategy based on collection reviews
  • Define the collection framework with the Product Manager
  • Contribute to building collections, range balance, launch pricing and store distribution
  • Identify products that historically drive revenue
  • Define quantities per SKU while respecting the budget envelope
  • Ensure assortment relevance based on historical performance and the product offering strategy
  • Schedule and allocate approved quantities by size and forward details to Purchasing for transmission to suppliers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business, Purchasing or Supply Chain
  • At least two years' experience in a similar role, ideally in retail
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt quickly to market changes
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit
  • Ability to collaborate with Product, Purchasing and Commercial Management teams
  • Genuine interest in the fashion industry
  • Advanced Excel and SAP skills
  • Ability to translate numbers into performance levers and propose operational solutions to meet budget objectives
