About the role
- Provide in-store selling and education to store management and staff
- Be responsible for the territory and overall sales target across Sephora, Ulta, and Department Stores
- Collaborate with Department Managers and Store Managers to assess brand performance and develop plans to address sales shortfalls
- Represent the Clarins brand by planning and participating in events to drive retail sales
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 4-6 years of successful in-store sales experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Skills in managing multiple projects, event schedules, and meeting critical deadlines
