About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist clients with the implementation of Cegid XRP Flex and YOOZ
- Train end users
- Participate in the requirements audit phase
- Draft the specifications document
- Configure the ERP and perform application testing/acceptance
- Prepare and deliver training sessions onsite or remotely
- Work under the responsibility of a project manager and collaborate with colleagues
- Carry out client support engagements and contribute to skills development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven project management skills
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting management
- Experience configuring ERPs, notably Cegid, Quadra, SAP or Odoo
- Knowledge of instructional design or experience delivering training modules
- Familiarity with Cegid XRP Flex is a plus
- Customer-oriented, rigorous and well-organized
- Strong client follow-up and relationship skills
- Assertive communication skills
- Curiosity, analytical ability and technical problem-solving skills
- Commitment, respect and performance-oriented mindset
