About the role
- Guide clients through the deployment of the YOOZ solution and the Cegid XRP Flex ERP
- Technical analysis of clients' internal processes
- Writing the requirements specification
- ERP configuration
- Testing and acceptance (UAT)
- Training
- Support and assistance for key users
- Frequent business travel across mainland France
Requirements
- Good knowledge of business functional processes
- Project management
- First professional experience or a successful internship in financial and accounting management
- Experience deploying management/ERP software solutions
- Knowledge of instructional design and/or experience delivering training modules
- Strong communicator, proactive and organized
- Able to work independently, driven by curiosity
