About the role
- Planning, installation and maintenance of IT systems and networks (servers, clients, routers, switches)
- Setting up and managing customer environments and networks (LAN, WLAN, VPN)
- Diagnosing and resolving incidents in IT support
- Planning and executing IT projects (migrations, system upgrades, rollouts) with documentation
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration (m/f/d) or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in a systems house / IT service provider
- Knowledge of Microsoft products
- Experience in IT end-user support
- Current vendor certifications are an advantage
- Valid Class B driving licence / driver's license
- Willingness to travel for on-site customer assignments
