About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and mentor our established quality engineering team
Define the team's engineering standards and implement an end-to-end quality assurance strategy
Lead the hands-on, end-to-end test automation of our product portfolio
Collaborate closely with the dedicated DevOps team to integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines
Champion software resilience by rigorously testing API contracts, reliability, and performance under load
Act as a key technical liaison with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of Quality Assurance or Software Engineering experience
Deep understanding of SaaS applications and modern cloud architectures
Technical Skills: Strong coding skills in at least one modern language (e.g., Golang, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript/React)
Deep experience building automation frameworks using tools like Cypress, Playwright, Selenium
Hands-on experience with containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Solid experience testing RESTful or gRPC APIs
Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
