About the role

  • Lead the construction and evolution of robust, scalable, and highly critical systems
  • Develop and evolve microservices using .NET/C# and Python, focusing on high performance and scalability
  • Design distributed architectures, ensuring the application of best practices
  • Model and optimize PostgreSQL databases
  • Implement and enhance platform observability
  • Manage containers and orchestration with Kubernetes
  • Structure and evolve CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
  • Lead code reviews and mentor less experienced developers

Requirements

  • Proficiency in .NET / C# and Python for building complex services
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL (SQL / PL/pgSQL) and performance tuning
  • Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ) and designing message flows
  • Deep experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and containerized environments
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (Pipelines and Repos)
  • Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture and HTTP/gRPC communication
  • Knowledge of Observability (Grafana, Prometheus, or similar tools)
  • Use of Artificial Intelligence (mandatory): ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate development, debugging, and automation
  • Availability for a hybrid model: must reside in São Paulo and be available for on-site visits every two weeks
  • Architectural mindset: systems-level vision to anticipate bottlenecks and risks
  • Quality-focused: testing-oriented mindset, adherence to best practices and Clean Code principles
