About the role

  • Develop and maintain Java applications, ensuring quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
  • Support the development and maintenance of features in .NET ecosystems when required.
  • Actively participate in business analysis by gathering requirements and translating them into viable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technology and the client's strategic objectives.
  • Proactively propose process improvements and innovative solutions to optimize results.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Java development (Spring, Hibernate or similar).
  • Prior experience or knowledge to provide support for .NET technologies (at any level).
  • Proficiency in relational databases and/or NoSQL.
  • Practical experience with source control (Git).
  • Strong familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Differentials (Desirable):
  • Experience in SAP environments (ECC and/or S/4HANA).
  • Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar).
  • Experience with system integration and REST APIs.
  • Autonomy and Self-Management: Ability to manage priorities and deadlines independently.
  • Consultative Communication: Ability to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Proactivity: A problem-solving orientation and the ability to anticipate operational risks.
