About the role

  • Systems Integration: Connect sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), databases, and communication platforms (WhatsApp, Slack) so they work in sync.
  • AI-driven Automation: Build bots and workflows that use ChatGPT (OpenAI) to perform tasks such as automated customer service, meeting summarization, and data analysis.
  • Intelligent Process Design: Create complex logical flows that decide paths automatically (e.g., "If the customer is new, do X; if an existing customer, do Y").
  • Reliability and Monitoring: Configure alerts and logs so that if something stops working, the system notifies or self-corrects automatically.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with the n8n Platform: Advanced knowledge in creating workflows and managing their components (nodes, triggers, and actions).
  • Data Logic (JavaScript/JSON): Ability to organize and transform the information exchanged between systems.
  • API and Webhook Integration: Practical understanding of how to "connect" systems to each other using modern integration technologies.
  • No-Code/Low-Code Mindset: Ability to build quick visual solutions, with the technical knowledge to add custom code when needed.
  • Infrastructure Basics: Basic knowledge of Docker and Linux to ensure automation tools run reliably.
