About the role

  • Strategic planning: Develop and own the local annual marketing plan for water systems and kitchen products in alignment with sales objectives.
  • Go-to-market & product activation: Support the launch of new products in the German market, including media campaigns, promotions and sales activities.
  • Content localization & creation: Adapt global campaign assets for the German market and produce local content in collaboration with agencies.
  • Customer campaigns: Develop customer-specific initiatives and promotions to drive sales.
  • Channel marketing & sales support: Create sales-enabling materials and tools to support the field force and Key Account Managers.
  • POS & showroom management: Implement high-quality POS solutions to maximize the touch & feel experience.
  • Events & trade shows: Support planning and execution of trade fairs, customer events and tasting events.
  • Performance measurement: Monitor the marketing budget and analyze the impact of activation measures to optimize strategy adjustments.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Studies, or a comparable qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in trade marketing, channel marketing or brand activation, either in-house or at an agency.
  • Hands-on mentality, sales-oriented mindset and understanding of complex products.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • German and business-fluent English.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel). Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus but not required.
