About the role
- Preparation, coordination and monitoring of projects for the introduction of complex new products
- Industrialization and optimization of the entire manufacturing process, including logistics
- Process design and optimization in injection molding, assembly, automation and surface finishing (electroplating/galvanic coating, PVD, paint/coating)
- Preparation, review and completion of requirement specifications for machines and equipment
- Development and elaboration of solution concepts for product-related issues
- Identification, assessment and management of schedule and financial project risks; definition and coordination of appropriate countermeasures
- Definition of milestones and creation and maintenance of network (project) plans
Requirements
- Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, plastics engineering or a comparable field, or vocational training (e.g., technician qualification)
- Strong ability to work independently and take responsibility as part of a team
- Professional experience as a project manager and leadership experience within project teams is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and solid methodological competence, e.g., in Lean Management and problem-solving tools
- Familiarity with relevant project management tools (e.g., SAP, Jira) desirable
- Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
- Good English language skills, written and spoken
