About the role
- Lead and develop international project teams with representatives from Category Management, Engineering, Design, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and other departments
- Act as the central coordinator responsible for project quality, on-time delivery, and budget compliance
- Ensure high visibility of your projects throughout the organization and maintain regular direct contact with top management and board level
- Participate in initiatives to redefine and improve project management processes, methods, and tools
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a best-in-class project management system that ensures the highest standards of transparency and efficiency
Requirements
- You hold a university degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing technology, business administration, or a comparable field
- You have professional experience in technical consumer goods, operational roles, project management, or consulting
- You are proficient with standard Google applications and ideally have experience with project-related transactions in SAP/R3
- You are a strong communicator with emotional intelligence, empathy, and intercultural competence
- You demonstrate the ability to work independently and solve complex problems
- You are business fluent in German and English (written and spoken); a third language is an advantage
